Traveling with toddlers is unlike traveling with anyone else, so we have out together the perfect 3 days Miami itinerary for families with toddlers so that you can take the stress off of planning this trip. Miami is known for its sunny beaches, vibrant nightlife, and Cuban cultural heritage. For families with toddlers, it can be a challenge to plan the perfect vacation that offers something for everyone. Fear not! We've put together a three-day itinerary that will keep the little ones happy and engaged, while still allowing parents to experience the best of Miami.
The perfect 3 days Miami itinerary for families with toddlers:
Day 1
South Beach and Lincoln Road Start the day with a visit to South Beach, Miami's most iconic beach. The white sands and turquoise waters are perfect for toddlers to play in while parents soak up the sun. Take a stroll along the beach promenade, and snap some pictures with the colorful lifeguard stands in the background.
In the afternoon, head to Lincoln Road for some shopping and dining. This pedestrian-only street is lined with boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. It's also a great spot for people-watching and street performers. For families, there are plenty of options for kid-friendly meals, including pizza, burgers, and ice cream.

Day 2
Key Biscayne and Little Havana Take a short drive to Key Biscayne, a secluded island paradise just off the coast of Miami. The beaches here are less crowded than South Beach, and the water is calm and shallow, making it perfect for toddlers to splash around in. Be sure to bring sunscreen, hats, and beach toys for the little ones.
In the evening, head to Little Havana for a taste of Cuban culture. Start at Maximo Gomez Park, also known as Domino Park, where locals gather to play dominoes and socialize. Then, visit the famous Calle Ocho street, lined with colorful buildings, murals, and shops selling handmade cigars and guayabera shirts. Don't forget to stop at a Cuban bakery for some pastelitos (pastries) or a café cubano (Cuban coffee).
