- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of mixed fruit
- 1/4 cup of granola
Instructions
- In a jar or container, add 1 cup of Greek yogurt.
- Top the yogurt with 1/2 cup of mixed fruit.
- Add 1/4 cup of granola on top of the fruit.

Using mini pitas, spread tomato sauce and top with cheese and favorite toppings. Bake until cheese is melted and crispy.

- 4 mini pitas
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, etc.)

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place 4 mini pitas on a baking sheet.
- Spread 1/2 cup of tomato sauce on each pita.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked pasta
- 1 cups of cherry tomatoes
- and 1 cup of mozzarella balls
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions

Cook 1 cup of pasta according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with 1 cup of cherry tomatoes and 1 cup of mozzarella balls.

Add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette and mix well.

Chicken Nuggets
Bake or air fry chicken nuggets for a tasty and protein-packed meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of chicken breast
- add 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare an air fryer.
- Cut 1 pound of chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk 1 egg.
- In another bowl, mix 1 cup of breadcrumbs with salt and pepper to taste.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
